Namco Bandai announces Pokemon Arcade Machines

Namco Bandai announced today that it plans to release a series of arcade machines based on the popular Pokemon franchise across Japan.

The arcade machines, which will be titled Pokemon Medal World, will offer ‘medal-based’ gameplay and will also feature ‘ original video footage’ from the Pokemon series.

Unfortunately Pokemon fans in the West will have to wait patiently to hear whether or not these machines will be released worldwide as they are only confirmed for Japan at the time of writing.
