Well E3 is upon us, and just like I promised a waterfall of news on NHL 11 is coming down. It appears that the EA Sports website has possibly spoiled the NHL Star who will be gracing this year’s cover, as yesterday at sometime an NHL 11 mini site popped up on the EA Sports website.

 

 

The website was quickly taken down causing there to be a tad bit of confusion on the issue. Is Jonathan Toews truly the cover athlete for NHL 11? I personally do not think so as usually, EA Canada announces their cover athlete a week or so after E3 to keep the news rolling on the franchise, and having two Chicago Blackhawks in a row doesn’t seem to make much sense as it is a tad redundant.
