After David Jaffe made clear he would not be showcasing anything at E3, we knew something had to be going down. The outspoken developer is known for theatrics and surprises. The very end of the Sony E3 press conference saw a cinematic of two guys hanging out and arguing over video games. One of them drops a cigar, and up walks Sweetooth, to ignite his trademark fire hair.

 

After the patented Ice Cream truck made its way on stage, Jaffe showed a lengthy demo of the game, and showed off many of the elements including team battles, free for all, and more. One unique addition to the franchise is the inclusion of helicopters to airlift your teammates in and out of battle.
