If you read my review on the video game Alien Vs Predator you’ll have noticed that I do rather love Aliens, perhaps a bit too much; but when I was able to get behind my first Pulse Rifle with the sound of the motion detector blipping in the background I couldn’t have been happier...or more scared the first time a xenomorph jumped from the shadows.

 

Well Now I don’t have to play dodgy games to get that feeling with the latest replica from Hollywood Collectibles. Seems that some bright spark managed to get hold of one of the original guns from the film Aliens, then after taking all the dimensions have made these replicas; so we get to handle something almost as good as the real thing. The size is 10"H x 26"W and weighs about 15lbs. There are two versions both retailing at a bank breaking $899.95 each. The Brown Mess version will have 1000 made but the Green version of the gun will only have 250 made.
