TWISTED METAL HAS GONE GOLD
Plus Online Pass usage, pre-order bonus, and Limited Edition.

Eairlier today, Sony has confirmed via the Playstation Blog that Twisted Metal has gone gold.  Additionally, those who pre-order the game will recieve a special Sweet Tooth Outcast Multiplayer Skin (shown below) for the upcoming Starhawk (releasing May 8th).  A pre-order also nets you early access to playable character Axel as well as an upgrade to the Limited Edition of the game allowing you to download Twisted Metal: Black.
 
 
Twisted Metal creator David Jaffe released a video blog over the weekend confirming that the game will be using an online pass in order to play online.
 
Twisted Metal will release on February 14th.  More news is expected coming toward that date.  We'll keep you posted.
