Earlier today we told you that Batman: Arkham GOTY edition, featuring TriOviz 3D capabilities was coming out in Europe, Asia and Australia. Yet North American was strangely absent from the list. Rocksteady and Warner Bros have wasted no time and confirmed that it will be coming to American shores.

 

There is a slight difference between the European and American version however, while both support that important 3D and those groovy cardboard glasses the European version will have six downloadable challenge maps on the disk while the American version will only have 4 challenge maps. Probably due to the legal issues involved with the two PS3 exclusive maps, they were only “exclusive” in North America. As such I’m also unsure whether the PS3 version will have all six challenge maps present.

 

The GOTY edition will be released on the PC, Playstation 3 and Xbox 360, in Europe on the 26th of March and in North America on May the 11th
